12.56.560: UNAUTHORIZED USE OF STREETS; STRICT LIABILITY OF OWNER:
Whenever any vehicle shall have been employed in the unauthorized use of streets, the person in whose name such vehicle is registered shall be strictly liable for such unauthorized use and the penalty therefor. (Ord. 9-17, 2017)
