12.56.460: STREETS; PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES:
No person shall park a vehicle, or permit such vehicle to remain standing at any time, in a manner contrary to signs, traffic markings, traffic control devices, or construction barriers erected or in place on any street, parts of a street, or roadway. (Ord. 9-17, 2017)
