12.56.370: TAXICAB STANDS; ESTABLISHMENT AND SIGNS:
The city transportation engineer is hereby authorized and required to establish taxicab stands on such public streets in such places and in such manner as the city transportation engineer shall determine to be of the greatest benefit and convenience to the public and every such taxicab stand shall be designated by appropriate signs or markings installed by the city transportation engineer. (Ord. 9-17, 2017)
