12.56.050: CONTINUOUS MOVEMENT REQUIRED:
When signs or traffic markings are erected or placed by the direction of the city, no person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle or permit said vehicle to remain standing at any time, with the exception of certain hours specified, upon any street, parts of a street, or roadway. (Ord. 9-17, 2017)
