5.74.090: NONPROFIT PERFORMING ART AGENCIES:
All performing art agencies which are organized under the laws of the State as nonprofit performing art agencies shall be exempt from payment of the license fees set forth in section 5.74.080 of this chapter, or its successor; provided, however, all other ordinances pertaining to the theaters and concerts shall apply to nonprofit performing art agencies.
