The Departments of Fire, Health, Zoning, Building and Housing Services and the Police Department shall designate members of their departments to act as inspectors of establishments required to be licensed by this chapter. Such establishments shall be open to inspection to the inspectors of each of the above departments for the purpose of investigation and enforcement of the applicable ordinances of the City and the laws of the State.
