5.72.205: MANDATORY ADA ACCESSIBLE VEHICLE:
At least five percent (5%) of the vehicle fleet of each taxicab concessionaire shall be available and equipped, consistent with requirements of the Americans with disabilities act (ADA), for the use and convenience of persons with disabilities. (Ord. 67-14, 2014)
