5.71.190: PERMITTING NONBADGED OPERATOR TO DRIVE:
It is a violation for any person who owns or controls a ground transportation vehicle to permit it to be driven, and no ground transportation vehicle authorized by the department shall be so driven at any time, unless the ground transportation vehicle is operated by a driver who has then in force a valid ground transportation vehicle operator's badge issued by the department. (Ord. 66-14, 2014)
