5.71.080: DRIVER CONDUCT:
The drivers of ground transportation vehicles and starters representing ground transportation businesses within the city shall adhere to the standards of conduct established by department rules and regulations while operating such vehicles or while representing ground transportation businesses in order to meet the interests of the city in such transportation. (Ord. 66-14, 2014)
