5.63.075: TERM OF PEDICAB DRIVER LICENSE:
All pedicab driver licenses issued pursuant to this chapter are valid for one year, unless suspended or revoked, and shall be both unassignable and nontransferable. A pedicab driver license may be renewed by submitting the application and renewal fees to the city prior to the expiration of the current license. (Ord. 58-16, 2016)
