"Pedicab" means a bicycle type vehicle for the purpose of carrying passengers for hire that is propelled by human power or electric assisted, is not intended to exceed twenty five (25) miles per hour and cannot exceed a combined voltage and amperage of seventy two (72) volts and a C rate of thirty (30) amps.
