5.51.040: LICENSE ENFORCEMENT ACTION; APPLICABILITY:
License enforcement actions, as defined in section 5.51.010 of this chapter, are applicable to alcohol establishments only. Off premises beer retailers are subject, when applicable, to the enforcement requirements set forth in section 32A-10-103, Utah Code Annotated (2009) or the enforcement provisions set forth in section 5.02.260 of this title.
