A. In cases where an application is received by mail from persons residing outside the state and it appears that requiring the fee provided for in section 2.10.080 of this chapter in advance would be unreasonably inconvenient and time consuming to the applicant, it shall be within the discretion of the chief of police to waive the fee.
B. Any person sixty five (65) years of age or over shall be exempt from the payment of the fee required by section 2.10.080 of this chapter or its successor. (Ord. 46-16, 2016)
