2.10.080: FEE:
There shall be a fee, as shown on the Salt Lake City consolidated fee schedule, to the applicant for a criminal records search and the corresponding letter requested under section 2.10.070 of this chapter. Such fee shall be collected by the chief of police in advance of the preparation of the letter and shall be credited to budget no. 32-J-41. (Ord. 46-16, 2016)
