16.50.010: PROHIBITIVE NATURE OF REGULATIONS:

It is a violation of this title for any Person to do any act prohibited by federal, state or local law, and Rules and Regulations, to fail or refuse to do any act required by law, to operate any Vehicle or Aircraft in violation of any provisions of this title, Rules and Regulations or Minimum Standards, or to operate any Vehicle or Aircraft unless such Vehicle or Aircraft is equipped and maintained as provided in this title or other applicable law. 16.50.020: REMOVAL AUTHORIZED:

Any Person operating any Vehicle or Aircraft on the Airport System in violation of this title or other applicable law, or by refusing to comply therewith, may be removed or ejected from the Airport System, and may be deprived of the further use of the Airport System and its facilities for such length of time as may be deemed necessary by the Director to ensure the safe, orderly and efficient use of the Airport System. 16.50.030: VIOLATION; PENALTY:

Except as otherwise provided, any person guilty of violating any provision of this title shall be deemed guilty of a Class B misdemeanor. (Ord. 82-24, 2024)
