20.40.010: UNLAWFUL ACTS INVOLVING SALE OR LEASE OF PROPERTY:
   A.   No person shall offer to sell, contract to sell, sell, deed, or convey any property contrary to the provisions of this title.
   B.   The city, in addition to any other remedy provided by law, may seek to prevent any remedy or violation of this title that has occurred or is about to occur by instituting a proceeding for an injunction, mandamus, abatement or any other appropriate action.
   C.   The city may enforce the provisions of this title by refusing to issue building permits. (Ord. 73-23, 2023)
20.40.020: CITY ENGINEER TO ENFORCE SUBDIVISION DESIGN STANDARDS:
The city engineering division will have responsibility for inspection and enforcement of subdivision design standards and requirements of this title. When it is found by inspection that conditions are not substantial as stated or shown in the approved subdivision plans, the city engineering division shall stop further work until approval is obtained for an amended subdivision plan. (Ord. 73-23, 2023)
20.40.030: VIOLATION AND PENALTY:
It shall be unlawful for any person to fail to comply with the provisions of this title, and failure to comply with the provisions of this title shall constitute a class C misdemeanor. (Ord. 73-23, 2023)
