52-3-4: INFORMATION SYSTEMS STRATEGIC PLAN:
   A.   Mayoral Approval: The Mayor or his/her designee, upon recommendation by the IT Steering Committee and Chief Information Officer, shall approve an Information Systems Strategic Plan.
   B.   Changes Recommended: The IT Steering Committee and Chief Information Officer may recommend to the Mayor or his/her designee changes to the plan.
   C.   Consistency: Those responsible under this chapter shall cooperate to assure that City information systems and decisions are consistent with the plan. (2019 Compilation)
