A. Electronic Communications Are Governmental Records: Employees are reminded that all electronic communication messages are governmental records and are subject to the same statutes, ordinances, policies and procedures as their printed counterparts.
B. Employee Responsibility: Employees are required to appropriately manage the retention and disposition of electronic communications records for which they are responsible.
