51-25-5: STANDARDS OF CONDUCT:
   A.   Scope: Employees are reminded of the requirement to conduct themselves appropriately in all City correspondence as outlined in the Employee Standards of Conduct Policy, chapter 6 of this title.
   B.   Respectful: Employees are required to be respectful of individuals and groups in their communications related to City business.
   C.   Unprofessional Language: Use of profane, vulgar, inflammatory, disrespectful or derogatory language is unprofessional and is not appropriate in any City correspondence. (2019 Compilation)
