§ 112.01 LICENSE REQUIRED.

   It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in the business of dealing in junk without a license issued by the Clerk-Treasurer.

§ 112.02 LICENSE APPLICATION.

   Every person who desires the license required by this chapter shall apply to the Clerk-Treasurer upon a form furnished by the Clerk-Treasurer; on the application form the applicant shall state all information necessary for the Clerk-Treasurer to determine whether the license should be issued.
