1. No person shall place, deposit, or throw any waste, refuse, litter or foreign substance in any area or receptacle except those provided for that purpose.
2. Littering. No person shall throw or deposit on any City park grounds any glass bottles, glass nails, tacks, wires, cans, trash, garbage, rubbish, litter, or any other debris or substance likely to inure any person, animal, or vehicle.
3. Yard Waste. No person shall place in any trash receptacle or in any City park, yard waste as defined in Section 105.06 of this Code of Ordinances.
All parks shall be open from sunrise to sunset each day and shall be closed from sunset to sunrise, unless an activity is a regularly scheduled activity or otherwise approved by the City in writing. No person shall remain in a City park except with the permission of the City when a park is closed.
The following regulations apply to the us of City parks by person with pets and other animals:
1. All pets must be on a leash while in the City parks.
2. Every person owning or having custody of an animal in the City parks shall immediately clean up and remove feces deposited by such animals and dispose of in a sanitary manner.
3. No person shall taunt, injure, hunt, pursue, or take any wild animal, bird, or game.
4. No person shall ride any horse, mule, or any other animal in any City park unless granted specific written permission by the City.
1. Drones and Model Aircraft. No person shall fly, operate, use, or control any power-driven model aircraft or drone except when authorized by the City.
2. Hot Air Balloons, Airplanes, Gliders, and Helicopters. No person shall operate, land, or launch a hot air balloon, airplane, glider, hang glider, or helicopter from a City park unless expressly permitted by the City.
