§ 624.20 PRESCRIPTION OR ADMINISTRATION OF DRUG WHILE INTOXICATED.

(A) No person shall, while in a state of intoxication, prescribe or administer a poison, drug or medicine to another which endangers the life of another.

(B) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
