§ 624.06 DECEPTION TO OBTAIN A DANGEROUS DRUG. (REPEALED)

This section was repealed as part of the 1991 updating to the Code of Ordinances because substantially identical state law (Ohio R.C. 2925.22) was made a felony by the General Assembly.
