§ 624.19 PRESCRIPTION OF “SECRET” DRUGS.
   (A)   No person shall prescribe a drug or medicine to another, the true nature and composition of which drug or medicine, if inquired of, such person does not truly make known but falsely represents it to be a secret medicine or composition and thereby endangers the life of such other person.
   (B)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
