§ 31.01 GENERALLY.

   The city is hereby divided into 5 commissioner districts to be known as the First, Second, Third, Fourth, and Fifth Commissioner Districts of the city.

§ 31.02 FIRST COMMISSIONER DISTRICT.

   The First Commissioner District shall include all of that part of the city embraced within the following described limits, to-wit: All that portion of the city lying east of the center line of the Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe Railway Company’s right-of-way and north of the center line of Chicorico Avenue.
