§ 31.03 SECOND COMMISSIONER DISTRICT.

The Second Commissioner District shall include all of that part of the city embraced within the following described limits, to-wit: All that portion of the city lying west of the center line of the Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe Railway Company’s right-of-way and north of the center line of Rio Grande Avenue.
