§ 114.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   A violation of § 114.03 is a misdemeanor and shall subject the violator to a fine of up to $500.

   (C)   (1)   Any person violating any provision of § 114.15(A) or (B) shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon the first conviction thereof, be punished by a fine of not to exceed $500.
      (2)   Any person violating any provision of § 114.15(A) or (B) shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon the second conviction thereof, be punished by a fine up to $500 and the license may be suspended for a period not to exceed 30 days.

   (D)   (1)   Any person violating any provision of § 114.16(A) or (B) shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon the first conviction thereof, be punished by a fine of not to exceed $500.
      (2)   Any person violating any provision of § 114.16(A) or (B) shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon the second conviction thereof be punished by a fine of up to $500 and the license may be suspended for a period not to exceed 30 days.

   (E)   (1)   Any person violating any provisions of § 114.30(A), (B) or (C) shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon the first conviction thereof, be punished by a fine of not to exceed $500.
      (2)   Any person violating any provision of § 114.30(A), (B) or (C) shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon the second conviction thereof be punished by a fine of up to $500 and the license may be suspended for a period not to exceed 30 days.

   (F)   (1)   Any person violating any provisions of § 114.31(A) or (B) shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon the first conviction thereof, be punished by a fine of not to exceed $500.
      (2)   Any person violating any provision of § 114.31(A) or (B) shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon the second conviction thereof be punished by a fine of up to $500 and the license may be suspended for a period not to exceed 30 days.

   (G)   Sections 114.50 through 114.53. The specific provisions of this entire chapter having been incorporated into §§ 114.50 through 114.53 as related to special event alcoholic beverage licenses, any person, entity, or organization who or which violates any provision of §§ 114.50 through 114.53 will be subject to the penalty provisions of this section as applicable to the specific portion of this chapter violated by the special events licensee.
