§ 114.16 RESTRICTION OF OFF-SALE LICENSEES FOR CERTAIN ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES.
   No off-sale licensee licensed under SDCL § 35-4-2(3) and (5) may permit any person less than 21 years of age to sell, serve or dispense alcoholic beverages in or on the licensed premises.
