§ 114.50 SPECIAL EVENT ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE LICENSES.
   Pursuant to the general authority of local governing body approval or disapproval of alcoholic beverage licenses under SDCL Title 35 and SDCL Chapters 35-2 and 35-4 and in conjunction with the regulation of trafficking in alcoholic beverages under this chapter, the following provisions are applicable to special event alcoholic beverage licenses.
