(A) No on-sale licensee licensed under SDCL §§ 35-4-2(4), (6), (11) or 35-15-2 shall sell, serve or allow to be consumed on the premises covered by the license, alcoholic beverages between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. or on Sunday after 2:00 a.m.
(B) All premises covered by a license for on-sale alcoholic beverages shall be vacated by all persons, including customers and employees, no later than one-half hour after the sale of alcoholic beverages is prohibited.
