(A) No malt beverage package licensee licensed under SDCL § 35-4-2(16) may sell any malt beverages between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. of any day.
(B) No malt beverage package dealer licensee licensed under SDCL 35-4-2(16) may permit any person less than 21 years to sell or dispense any malt beverage on the licensee’s premises unless such sales of malt beverages constitute less than 50% of the gross business transacted by the business on an annual basis and the licensee or an employee that is at least 21 years old is on the premises when said sale is made.
