§ 9-6305. Regulations.
   The Law Department may adopt such rules and regulations as may be necessary to effectuate the purposes of this Chapter, including regulations defining certain specific unfair methods of competition or unfair or deceptive acts or practices.
§ 9-6306. Statute of Limitations. 1412
   A claim for a violation of this Chapter must be filed in court within six years of the date that an alleged violation occurred.

§ 9-6307. Retroactivity. 1413
   This Chapter shall apply retroactively to any conduct that occurred up to six years before the date of enactment of this Section, provided that at the time such conduct occurred it would also constitute a violation of the Pennsylvania Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law, 73 P.S. §§ 201-1 et seq.
