SECTION R702 INTERIOR COVERING
Pursuant to the UCC, delete Section R702.7.3 and replace as follows:
   R-R702.7.3 Minimum clear airspaces and vented openings for vented cladding. For the purposes of this section, vented cladding shall include the following minimum clear airspaces. Other openings with the equivalent vent area shall be permitted.
      1.   Vinyl, polypropylene or horizontal aluminum siding applied over a weather-resistive barrier as specified in Table R703.3(1).
      2.   Brick veneer with a clear airspace as specified in Table R703.8.4(1).
      3.   Other approved vented claddings.
