The rules in regard to severability of Code provisions, as set forth in Section 1-106 of the Code, shall apply to this Title, except that nothing in the Code shall be construed to repeal, supersede or otherwise affect Section 11 of the Ordinance of July 12, 1993 (Bill No. 589) or any other applicable ordinance containing an express legislative intent that its provisions not be severable from each other.
