§ 22-102. Declaration of Purpose.
   (1)   The purpose of this Title is to carry out the intent and purpose of subsection 4-400(e) of the Charter by constituting the Title as a comprehensive revision and codification of those provisions of the general Municipal Retirement System Ordinances of the City in force and effect immediately prior to the adoption of this Title.
