§ 21-2501. Required Submission of Information Technology Strategic Plan.
   (1)   Beginning with the submission of the proposed Fiscal Year 2016 operating budget, the Finance Director shall submit to Council, together with the Mayor's proposed annual operating budget ordinance, an annual information technology strategic plan, following the information technology strategic plan procedure adopted by the Managing Director under Section 21-2502.
