§ 20-306. Allowance for Other Compensation. 26
   (1)   The compensation fixed in this Title for any officer or official of the City, either elected or appointed, shall be reduced by an amount equal to any compensation which he receives in addition thereto for any service rendered by virtue of his office to the City or to any other government agency.
