§ 19-508. Oaths. 87
   (1)   Whenever the Department shall hold hearings or conduct investigations pursuant to Section 8-409 of the Charter, the Revenue Commissioner, or any deputy designated by him, shall have the power to administer oaths to persons under examination. 88
