§ 17-2102. Council Review of Contracts with Certain Entities. 232
   (1)   The exemption provided in Charter subsection 2-309(6)(b)(.2) for the Defender Association of Philadelphia and Community Legal Services is hereby revoked for any contract that:
      (a)   includes, in whole or in part, an expenditure for payment of legal and related services to represent indigent individuals in matters requiring the use of conflicts counsel; and
      (b)   would otherwise be subject to the requirements of Charter subsection 2-309(6)(a).
   (2)   Any such contract may be made only when permitted by Ordinance.
