Each Beneficiary shall enter into a First Source Employment Agreement and shall use Good Faith Efforts, as set forth in Section 17-2008, to comply with the provisions therein. Each Beneficiary shall make a good faith effort to fill one hundred percent (100%) of new, entry level jobs created directly or indirectly as a result of Financial Assistance with First Source Candidates, and, after the expiration of the First Source Period, each Beneficiary shall be free to fill entry-level jobs from other sources.
