§ 17-1801. Definitions.
   (1)   Contract. Any contract awarded by the City, including contracts subject to the competitive bidding requirements of the Philadelphia Home Rule Charter and contracts not subject to competitive bidding, including, but not limited to, contracts subject to the prevailing wage requirements set forth in Section 17-107.
   (2)   Financial Assistance. As defined in Section 17-1401.
