§ 16-901. Definitions.
   (1)   In this Chapter the following definitions shall apply:
      (a)   Affordable Workforce Homeownership Housing. Housing affordable to households whose income is between eighty percent (80%) and one hundred twenty percent (120%) of Area Median Income as established by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
