§ 16-803. Authorization to Dispose of Publicly-Owned Property for Nominal Consideration.
   (1)   Publicly-owned properties located within the Zones designated in Section 16-801 shall be available for disposition for nominal consideration for development of affordable housing under the 1,500 New Affordable Housing Units Initiative, upon approval by ordinance.
