(1) The areas of the City generally known as follows shall be designated as Philadelphia Affordable Housing Opportunity Zones:
(a) "Francisville" bounded by Girard Avenue to the north, Fairmount Avenue to the south, Broad Street to the east and Corinthian Avenue to the west. 60
(b) "Brewerytown" bounded by Newkirk Street to the north, Girard Avenue to the south, Ridge Avenue to the east and 32nd Street to the west. 61
(c) "Mantua" bounded by Mantua Avenue to the north, Spring Garden Street to the south, Thirty-first Street to the east and Fortieth Street to the west. 62
(d) "Point Breeze" bounded by Washington Avenue to the north, Mifflin Street to the south, Broad Street to the east and Twenty-fifth Street to the west. 63
(e) "Grays Ferry" bounded by Schuylkill River to the north, Passyunk Avenue to the south, Twenty-fifth Street to the east and 40th Street to the west. 64
(f) The area bounded by Hunting Park Avenue to the north, Lehigh Avenue to the south, Broad Street to the east and Twenty-fourth Street to the west. 65
(g) "Cecil B. Moore" bounded by Susquehanna Avenue to the north, Oxford Street to the south, Broad Street to the east and Twentieth Street to the west. 66
(h) "Allegheny Avenue" bounded by Allegheny Avenue to the north, (S) Girard Avenue to the south, Kensington Avenue to the east and 6th Street to the west. 67
(i) "Roosevelt Blvd." bounded by Roosevelt Blvd. to the north, Josephine Street to the south, Anchor Street to the east and Adams Street to the west. 68
(j) "Erie Avenue" bounded by Erie Avenue to the north, Lehigh Avenue to the south, Tulip Street to the east and 6th Street to the west. 69
