§ 16-304. Naming of City Buildings and Facilities. 24
   (1)   No sign shall be erected naming any City building or facility, or part thereof, unless Council shall have by ordinance officially named such building, facility, or part thereof. This provision shall not apply to any building or facility, or part thereof, under the jurisdiction of the Fairmount Park Commission.
