§ 15-704. Recreation Centers – Annual Report Detailing Crimes Occurring Within the Boundaries of any Recreation Center. 31
   The Parks and Recreation Department shall annually generate a report containing the details of any and all reported Criminal Incidents which have taken place on the grounds or within the boundaries of any Recreation Center, located in Philadelphia County.
