§ 15-603. Parks and Playgrounds – Annual Report Detailing Crimes Occurring Within the Boundaries of any Park or Playground. 23
   The Parks and Recreation Department shall annually generate a report containing the details of any and all reported Criminal Incidents which have taken place on the grounds or within the boundaries of any Park or Playground, located in Philadelphia County.
