§ 15-105. Other Land Controls.
   This Chapter 15-100 does not affect any requirement or restriction applicable to outdoor park or recreation land imposed or created by any of the following: dedication; will; deed; deed of trust; federal or Commonwealth grant agreement; easement; historic, natural landmark, or other designation; or declaration of covenants.
