§ 10-2304. Penalties.
   (1)   The penalty for a violation of Section 10-2302 shall be a fine of two thousand dollars ($2,000) per violation; and such other equitable relief as the court deems appropriate. Each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense. No stipulated payment under subsection 1-112(3) shall be available.
