§ 9-2905. Effect of Protests. 1153
   (1)   If the twenty-one (21) day period for filing a protest passes without any protest having been accepted, then the application shall be deemed approved, and the Board shall so notify the applicant.
   (2)   If a protest has been accepted as filed, the application shall be approved or disapproved under the process set forth in Section 9-2906.
